Three companies sail from Piraeus, in Athens, to Poros, in the Saronic Islands, about nine times a day in season between them: Hellenic Seaways, Magic Sea Ferries and Saronic Ferries. Seven times a day in season, a ferry goes direct and takes 60 to 75 minutes; the others call at Agia Marina (Aegina), Methana or Aegina on the way and take 1 to 2¾ hours. Only Saronic Ferries takes cars. Some sailings are seasonal.
